Common problems we solve
Monitor with no image or sound
If your video intercom doesn't show an image, appears blurry or has no audio, it may be due to deteriorated cables, faulty monitor or incorrect configuration. We diagnose and repair the fault.
Won't open the door
When the opening button doesn't work it could be a problem with the electric lock, street panel or monitor. We check the entire installation and replace the defective component.
Deteriorated street panel
